ENROLLMENT The enrollment process is simple and easy. You may enroll by downloading and completing the Registration Form. Once completed, mail to: Miccosukee Youth Education Foundation P.O. Box 5452 Tallahassee, Florida 32314 Registration Form Parent Permission Form If you'd rather, you may bring the registration form on the first day of class. Although the Foundation accepts applications year-round, parents are encouraged to register their child/children at the beginning of Fall semester (August 1) or Spring semester (January 5). |
